Assembly of plastic and mechanical components into finished and semi-finished goods under the hands of our experienced workforce with stringent process control ensures our customers of high quality parts that can be shipped to stock. Ultrasonic welding, high frequency heat induction welding, heat insertion, heat stacking and sealing machines and 5 conveyor lines enable us to handle a diversified range of products with provisions to meet future demands in a comfortable setting.
The Maintenance section supports our production in enhancing productivity and achieving high levels of efficiency, precision and quality through periodic preventive maintenance, modification and repair of moulds, machinery, ancillary equipment, fixtures and jigs.
General-purpose plastics of high quality from leading suppliers are used in the injection molding process such as Polystyrene, ABS, Polypropylene, Polycarbonates and Polyvinyl Chloride. Flame Retardant material such as ABS V0, HIPS V2.
Engineering plastics used includes Nylon (Polyamid Unfilled and Reinforced with 15%, 30%, 33% glass-filled), PBT, PBT Glass-Filled, PC-ABS, POM, PMMA (acrylic), PPS, Special-Purpose Polycarbonates, Reinforced Polyphenylene Sulphide, etc. The numerous grades used are UL approved which comply with flammability, environment and other standards.
The Quality Assurance Department inspect and buys off
parts for mass production and for customers using stringent
AQL sampling, measuring and inspection equipment such as
Coordinate Measuring Machine, Optical Measuring Machine,
Profile Projector, Spectrophotometer, calipers, micrometers,
pin gauges and other gauges to ensure all parts conform to or
exceed our customers’ requirements.
